Happy Caturday! This update brings a new planet: Stormeow, along with all its stormy catastrophes.

• Optimized for a smooth 30FPS when played in WebAssembly.
  • All billboard sprites now have "priority" and if a sprite has low priority it will be deleted when the processing struggles.
  • The biggest FPS gain was from only updating interior sprites (ship background, control buttons, etc) when their intended image is different from their image during the previous frame. This added like 20FPS to the maximum!
• Redrew several textures for higher quality
